Three teenagers are facing attempted murder charges following a stabbing in Peterborough. Police say the three 16-year-old boys were charged after another teen was injured in an incident at a home on Thursday.

A sport that was once quite popular in the Ottawa Valley is looking to make a comeback. The Eastern Ontario Broomball Championships is coming to the Petawawa Civic Centre this weekend, and the goal is to grow the game in the area.

RENTAL FEES TOO HIGH: PEM COUNCILLOR

Bringing more entertainment and events to the city of Pembroke is the focus of a motion before city council by Councilor John McCann. McCann proposed that staff do a review of the rental fees at both the Pembroke Memorial Centre and Pem Ice II.

With the warmer weather we've had recently, provincial police are warning of the dangers of thin ice. Police say no ice can be considered 100 percent safe to ride a snowmobile on, even if you've tested the thickness.

WORLD'S SHORTEST DOWNHILL RACES A GAME TIME DECISION

If mother nature will cooperate, we still might be able to have the world's shortest downhill ski and snow board races this weekend. The annual funday was schedule for Mount Molson tomorrow (Saturday), but whether or not they go ahead may be a game time decision.
