METH, FENTANYL SEIZED IN PEMBROKE DRUG BUST

Police have allegedly seized a load of drugs destined for the streets of Pembroke. According to Upper Ottawa Valley OPP, a search warrant was executed at a residence in Pembroke on Tuesday and a quantity of drugs were seized, and four Pembroke residents were arrested. 34 year old Albert Robert Tremblay has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, possession of meth, and failing to comply with a recognizance. A 31 year old Amanda Ashley Ruddy has been charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of meth, and failing to comply with a recognizance. Both were held for a bail hearing. 36 year old Christopher Robert Mirault and 33 year old Roseanne Marie Sylvester have both been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking meth, and possession of fentanyl. Both were released on a promise to appear in court in late June.
