Today (Oct 6) you can do your part to make sure no one in our community goes hungry. The St. Joseph's Food bank is kicking off its Fall Food Drive today at Moncion Metro and Tony and Jill's No Frills from 10 to 6. The food bank's president says that need increases in fall and winter. Last year, the food bank served more than 2,600 clients, and so far this year they're already at more than 1,700. Volunteers will be stationed outside of the two stores to collect food and monetary donations, and any donation over $10 is eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
