The new home of the Tactical Armoured Patrol Vehicle has officially been unveiled. The grand opening of the multi million dollar facility will provide the space needed for the members of our military to conduct training and maintenance on the vehicles. As part of the ceremony on Friday, Minister of National Defence, Harjit Sajjan was on hand to officially open the facility. He says that with the continued growth of the base, facilities like these are needed more than ever.

The $26 million building created close to 120 jobs locally. The Minister also says that the new TAP-V's were used earlier this year to help those affected by the flooding in Quebec.
