MAN CHARGED AFTER VEHICLE HITS LCBO STORE

No, the LCBO doesn't offer a drive through... a fact learned the hard way by a Killaloe, Hagarty Richards man. OPP say they were called to the liquor store on Queen Street in Killaloe around 3:20 yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon after a passenger car struck the side of the LCBO building, damaging both the building and vehicle. A 70-year-old man has was issued a three day alcohol drivers licence suspension and he was also charged with having open liquor in a public place. No one was injured.
