MILITARY TO TRAIN IN CALABOGIE AREA FOR NEXT TWO WEEKS
1/12/2018 3:06:36 PM

There will be an increase in military vehicle traffic over the next two weeks in the Calabogie area. Members of the 3rd Battalion of the Royal Canadian Regiment will be participating in the Winter Complex Terrain School Course from the January 14th to the 26th. Garrison Petawawa is warning motorists that on Sunday, there will be convoys of military vehicles travelling south along Highway 17 to Highway 61, south to Highway 60 then to Butler Road to S McNaughton Road, southwest to Highway 132 to Highway 34 and finally south to Highway 508 to Barrett Chute Road. This may cause a delay in regular vehicle traffic, so you're being asked to plan accordingly.
