SIX ANIMAL RELATED CRASHES IN ONE WEEK: KILLALOE OPP
2/12/2018 8:25:34 AM

Killaloe OPP are raising the alarm about the dangers posed by wildlife on the road. Over a one week span, officers responded to six animal related collisions. In hopes of reducing the number of crashes, police say drivers need to always be vigilant during morning and evening commutes. If you happen to see an animal near the road, drive defensively, anticipating unpredictable behaviour. When it comes to deer, they are often not alone. If you see one, there may be others close by.
