Last week (Apr 3-8) was a busy one for Killaloe OPP. Police say they responded to seven motor vehicle collisions, five of which were animal related. Of the other two, one was a single vehicle collision in Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan Township. Police say the driver failed a roadside alcohol screening test after crashing his vehicle on Quadeville Road. As a result, the 60-year-old man was charged with impaired care and control over 80 milligrams, impaired care and control and driving while under suspension. On Friday, Killaloe OPP say they investigated a theft on Highway 60 in North Algona Wilberforce where two propane tanks were stolen. That case is still under investigation.
