YAKABUSKI REINTRODUCES BILL CREATED AFTER BORUTSKI MURDERS

John Yakabuski has re-introduced a Private Member's Bill he first brought forward in 2015.
The Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke Member of Provincial Parliament says he created the bill after the events everyone remembers on September 22, 2015.
Yakabuski says that even though an election is fast approaching, he doesn't want the bill to die without being passed again.
The MPP added that keeping victims of violence and sexual assault safe is an issue above politics and should be front and centre on the government's agenda.
