Ottawa River Power Corporation is warning customers of an ongoing scam. The local utility provider says they are aware of the current calls that are demanding residents to make a payment immediately or face the possibility of having your service disconnected. In a social media post on Tuesday, Ottawa River Power says they are not placing these calls and this is a scam. Customers are asked to call the office if they have any doubts about calls received from those claiming to be from the company.
