Senack is charged in the deaths of Brandon Hanniman and Alex Paquette, former Renfrew Timberwolves players who perished in an accident near Burnstown on October 27th of 2017.
The accused faces two counts of causing death by criminal negligence, and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
The maximum penalty on one count is 10 years’ imprisonment.
Senack is represented by Ottawa lawyer Michael Edelson.
A sentencing hearing will happen in Ottawa Superior Court on Friday January 24th for Kanata resident John Anstie (File 17-9001), who has been convicted in the March Road demise of Renfrew couple Joan and Douglas Foster, who perished December 4th of 2016.
