Keith Roach – Fellowes High School hockey program developer and Director of Player Personnel with the Pembroke Lumber Kings
Keith was born in Deep River, Ontario and played with the Pembroke Lumber Kings from 1989-91. Keith went on to play four years of university hockey with the Royal Military College Paladins in the CIS from 1993- 97. After his playing career, Keith became very active in coaching at all levels. He was an Assistant Coach with the Lumber Kings in 2001 and a Head Coach with the Arnprior Jr. B Packers in 2002. He also coached minor hockey in Deep River, Petawawa and Eganville at all levels. In 2007, Keith co-founded the Upper Ottawa Valley Aces ‘AA’ program and coached the Minor Bantam team that went on to win the OEMHL Championship. Keith has been a head hockey instructor with Huron Hockey, RMC Hockey Camp, and the Pembroke Lumber Kings Hockey School. At Fellowes High School, Keith served as the Administrator/Instructor for the Fellowes Hockey Academy program and was the Head Coach for the boys’ hockey team that participated in two OFSAA Championships during his post. In 2015, Keith co-convened the OFSAA Boys’ Hockey Championships here in Pembroke. Currently, Keith is the Program Leader of Student Services. Keith is married to Lindsay and they have two children, Logan and Mikaela.
