Ottawa Police are laying charges in the murder of John Hulbert, an Ottawa resident who used to work for AECL in Chalk River. The 90 year old retired physicist was found stabbed in his apartment Monday night. His son, 58 year old Paul Hulbert is facing second degree murder charges.
