As expected, MP Cheryl Gallant is not impressed by the Prime Minister’s Throne Speech delivered this week. Gallant says there was no mention about some the key topics that impact her riding.
Our MP also says that the Liberal government is dragging their feet on plans to get faster COVID-19 test results. The Throne Speech indicated the government plans to create 1 million jobs during the pandemic. However, Gallant feels that is hard to accomplish when workers losing time off the job while waiting for test results.
