
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP has charged a 60-year-old male from Whitewater Region after a attending a domestic dispute.
Police say on September 22nd they were called to a residence on Greenwood Road and a victim was hospitalized as a result of being physically assaulted.
The accused is facing charges of assault causing bodily harm and failure to comply with a release order.
A court date has been set in Pembroke for Friday, September 25th and the name of the accused is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
