There is a new sheriff in the town of Petawawa. The municipality has hired the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires to provide By-law and Parking Enforcement Services for the town. Residents will see the team on the roads seven days a week. The Commissionaires will also be responsible for enforcing burning, parks and recreation, littering, waste management, snow removal, smoking and noise by-laws.
