The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) has confirmed a staff member at Valour JK-12 School in Petawawa and a student at Champlain Discovery Public School in Pembroke have tested positive for COVID-19.
The health unit is working closely with the school board to ensure necessary measures continue to be in place to protect all staff, students and the public.
All high risk contacts will be contacted by the RCDHU with further instructions.
