Traffic delays can be expected at a downtown Pembroke intersection again today and tomorrow. The city’s operations department says that traffic signal upgrades will be done at the intersection of Pembroke Street East and Mackay Street between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm each day. Flag persons or OPP personnel will be directing traffic. Some delays can be expected.
