H&H construction has been awarded the job of Phase 2 of the Pembroke Street West construction project. City council awarded the job for roughly $1.5 million. The work is receiving Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program funding with the federal government covering 50 per cent of the cost, the provincial contribution being 33.33 percent with the city’s portion being 16.67 per cent. The job will get underway this summer and will include a 890-metre section running from Crandall Street to Reynolds Avenue.
