The OPP has charged a driver from Quebec for being impaired after a single vehicle rollover outside of Killaloe.
Police were called out around 8:30pm on Thursday, November 11th, to the collision on Ruby Road near Gorman Road.
The lone driver of the car left the roadway and rolled the vehicle.
As part of the investigation, 40-year-old Brian Ballantyne of Mansfield, Quebec was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and for operating an vehicle while having over 80 mgs of alcohol per 100 ml of blood.
The accused’s driver’s license was seized, and the vehicle towed and impounded.
The accused was released on an appearance notice, and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, December 8 2021, Ontario Court of Justice, Killaloe.
