Laurentian Valley has approved an extension to the draft plans for a large subdivision planned in the Township.
The Laurentian Meadows subdivision will be built in an undeveloped field off of TV Tower Road and Lloyd Drive.
The draft plan for the subdivision includes 151 single detached residential lots, 46 freehold semi-detached dwellings and 108 freehold townhouse dwelling units, for a total of 305 units.
Also proposed is a parkland block and several interior roads.
In the request to extend the site plan, the developer notes the impacts of COVID-19 and says they’re looking at options to resolve servicing issues.
Council approved a draft plan extension from January 7th, 2022 to January 7th, 2023.
Draft approval was originally issued by the County of Renfrew back in 2016.
