The County of Renfrew has appointed a new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)/Clerk. Craig Kelley has been promoted and will take over the position as of September 1st, 2022.
Kelley has over 15-years of municipal experience including the past five years as the Director of Development and Property for the county and previously the CAO/Clerk for Greater Madawaska Valley.
In November of 2021, Kelley was appointed the acting CAO for the County of Renfrew.
Kelley will take over the role of CAO for the County of Renfrew from Paul Moreau who plans to retire on August 31st. The two will work closely together over the next two months to ensure a smooth transition.
Kelley says the CAO is a pivotal role for the County of Renfrew and adds there’s going to be some exciting changes as we move into a post-pandemic world.
