The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is investigating after flowers downtown Pembroke were ripped out of the planters and tossed all over the street.
Police say the incident took place sometime between 3:00am and 4:30am on July 14th, 2022, along Pembroke Street West between Mackay Street and Moffat Street.
The OPP is looking for any witnesses or anyone who may have surveillance video in the downtown core.
