The winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award for the 17th Annual Upper Ottawa Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards Gala has been announced. Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce Kelly Hollihan says she’s honored to celebrate Lisa Edmonds.
