Ed Jacyno is running for re-election on Pembroke City Council. Jacyno has been involved in municipal politics in the city for 22-years including 12-years as the Mayor, making him the longest serving Mayor in Pembroke.
Recruiting doctors and supporting the Pembroke Regional Hospital is important to Jacyno.
Jacyno also talked about bringing more jobs to the area and building affordable housing.
If re-elected, Jacyno feels his experience in municipal politics will help guide the City of Pembroke over the next 4-year term.
Ed Jacyno is one of 15 people running for a seat on Pembroke City Council. Other candidates include Brian Abdallah, Chéla Breckon, Dan Callaghan, Andrew (Andy) Clark, Ian Kuehl, Patricia (Pat) Lafreniere, Jason Laronde, Dorian Pearce, Andrew Plummer, Troy Purcell, Stacy Taylor, Wade Wallace, Karen Walsh and Jane Wood.
