For the first time in the Pembroke Memorial Centre’s 71 year history, an OHL game will be played at the centre of HockeyTown Canada. On Saturday, September 24th, the Ottawa 67’s will welcome to the North Bay Battalion to the PMC for a preseason match up. Organizer Chris Pleau says this has been several years in the works.
Pleau tells myFM that the game is actually a fundraiser.
The organizer says he hopes to see the rink full.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and $10 for kids. Proceeds will be put towards the Ottawa Sports Hall of Fame.
