Adam Driscoll is running for council in the Town of Petawawa. Driscoll is a fourth generation Petawawa resident who was born and raised in the area.
He owns Valley Respiratory Fit Testing, is a full time firefighter on Garrison Petawawa, a volunteer firefighter with the town and is confident that his leadership skills and work ethic will be beneficial if elected to council.
Driscoll is younger than most of the other candidates but feels that what he lacks in age, he makes up for in experience.
Driscoll would like to see new businesses come to Petawawa and the town grow with more than just single dwelling homes. He would also like to create more programs for the younger people in the community.
Driscoll talks about fiscal responsibility and keeping taxes low for residents.
Driscoll is one of the candidates running for a seat on Petawawa Town Council. Other candidates running in the October 24th Municipal Election are Simon Brooks, James Carmody, Lisa Coutu, Karen Donovan, Gerald Hoffman, Matthew Mclean, Cyndi Mills, Murray Rutz, Theresa Sabourin, Barry Schimmens.
