Jason Laronde is running for a seat on Pembroke City Council.
Laronde has worked as a police officer in Pembroke, currently owns Lasso Live in the downtown core and is working with Exit Ottawa Valley as a real estate agent.
Laronde is passionate about the community and is also the President of Pembroke Minor Hockey.
If elected to City Council, Laronde would like to continue to grow Pembroke and see more economic development, affordable living, a focus on tourism and youth and keep taxes low.
The Pembroke resident wants all voices to be heard and says it’s a great step towards making the city a better place for everyone.
