A musician from Pembroke has returned from a concert in the Yukon. 17-year-old Sierra Levesque recently performed at the Blue Feather Music Festival in Whitehorse.
Levesque had the opportunity to open for acts such as Sass Jordan and shared the stage with Russ Dwarf, which she says was her favourite part of the music festival.
For her set, Levesque played seven songs including six originals and one cover of a Heart song.
Levesque says she is currently recording a lot of original music.
Looking ahead, Levesque is excited to play at Urban Angus Steak and Wine in Arnprior on December 30th and says you might see her singing the national anthem again for the Ottawa Senators
