The property at 99 Victoria Street is listed at $350,000, which is less than the average price of a home in Renfrew County according to stats provided by the local real estate board.
The listing on Realtor.ca says the church has over 5,000 square feet of usable space, a large lot and parking. The main level of the church includes two offices, a bathroom, 25 foot ceilings, stained glass windows, a fully finished basement includes two full kitchens, two bathrooms, numerous storage rooms and a huge gathering room.
According to the listing online, the church was built in 1912 and is being sold “as is”.
The property is zoned for community facilities and potential buyers are asked to do their own due diligence if they plan to rezone it.
