After retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces after a 27 year career, Baker found the need to be involved where he could see results from the hard work an organization does to support their clients. Therefore the Robbie Dean Centre was an easy fit.
Since joining the Robbie Dean Centre, Jay has been instrumental in leading several successful fundraising campaigns that have enabled the organization to expand its services and reach more people in need.
