
Upper Ottawa Valley OPP conducted a RIDE Program last Thursday night (November 2nd) on Beachburg Road in Whitewater Region Township and four individuals were busted on drug charges as a result.
At about 1120PM officers encountered a vehicle with the four inside.
The driver was found to have a suspended licence, so a search ensued and drugs were seized.
Shawn Wiliam Bolger, age 36 of Pembroke, was charged with driving while under suspension as well as possession of methamphetamines, cocaine and fentanyl. He was also charged with possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking.
Stephanie Martin, age 44 of Ottawa was charged with possessing meth and coke, possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply.
Stephen Kelly Stalkie, age 67 of Laurentian Valley Township, was charged with possession of meth and cocaine, as well as possessing cocaine for sale, and failure to comply.
Desmond Allen Warren, age 66 of Renfrew, was charged with possession of unmarked cigarettes, meth, and cocaine as well as cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, four counts of failure to comply, and one of obstructing a peace officer.
Bolger, Martin and Stalkie were released with a December 12th court date in Pembroke while Warren remains in custody waiting a November 8th bail hearing.
