Good Morning!
Here is a quick snapshot of what’s happening around town in the next 48 hours.
Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke MP Cheryl Gallant is inviting farmers and interested constituents to a town hall meeting this morning to discuss proposed federal methane emissions. In December, the federal government proposed changes to reduce methane emissions from dairy and beef cattle. The proposed changes are meant to provide incentives for producers to implement methods to reduce methane emissions from farm operations. The meeting is from 10 a.m. to noon at the Cobden Agricultural Hall.
