The Kitchissippi Productions hosted the first Ottawa Valley Talent Showcase on February 12th. Dorian Pearce, founder of Kitchissippi Productions described the event as “a true testament to the abundance of talent in the Ottawa Valley and the power of community support.”
The winners of the showcase left the audience mesmerized, first place winners were Lucie and Wilson Lazarus who scored 96.25 sponsored by Hela Beauty and Medical. The second-place winner was Evaleigh McDonald and Alexie Belanger. Lastly, the third-place winner was J.J. Staley.
Pearce tells myFM that the success this event brought has encourage him to want to bring more events like this to the Valley in the future.
Pearce expressed gratitude towards the winners and participants, stating, “The first ever Ottawa Valley Talent Showcase was a great success, thanks to the incredible talents and the overwhelming support from our community.”
The event was sponsored by Hela Beauty & Medical, Valley Buns & Bakery, The City of Pembroke, Eterna Tattoo Studio, Councilor Ian Kuehl, Intergrated Heath Centre and Estrada Paralegal Services.
