Hall faces multiple charges under the Criminal Code (CC), including two counts of Fraud under $5000 and two counts of Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000. Additionally, Hall is charged with Obtaining by false pretense.
Following his arrest, Hall was released pending an appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke scheduled for April 16, 2024.
