A large crowed packed into the Petawawa Civic Centre this week as dozens in our community were recognized for their years of volunteerism. Each year the Ontario government gives thanks to those who serve the community behind the scenes. Trevor Riley from Your TV Ottawa Valley, an organization that operates strictly on volunteers was on hand and stresses to myFM news how important community volunteers are.
