A collision at the intersection of Renfrew and Moffat Streets in Pembroke early on June 2, 2024, has left five people injured. The incident occurred around 1:00 a.m. when one vehicle rear-ended another, causing one to veer off the road and strike a building.
Emergency responders, including the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment and Renfrew County paramedics, arrived promptly. Police had to extricate one person trapped in a vehicle. All five individuals were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
