Obituary for Rob Lichtmeyer

LICHTMEYER, Robert James  – Suddenly at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday, June 28th, 2024.  Rob Lichtmeyer of Pembroke, beloved husband of Shirley Demers-Lichtmeyer (nee Bechamp).  Loving father of Carrie (late Troy), the late Craig, Christian (Mary), Cynthia, Matthew (Jennifer) and Arlene (late Martin and step-father of Irene Demers.  Caring grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Sadly missed by many friends.  Rob was a family man who enjoyed  traveling, camping and singing karaoke, all while surrounded by the love of his family.   Respecting Rob’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  The family will receive relatives and friends at Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Friday, July 5th, 2024 after 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m.  Interment of Ashes in St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Holy Trinity Memorial Fund would be appreciated.  Online Condolences may be left at www.nevillefuneralhome.ca
