Explore the Path to Reconciliation: An Exhibition at the Garrison Petawawa Military Museum

In partnership with the Petawawa Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Committee, the Garrison Petawawa Military Museum is proud to host two powerful exhibitions from the Legacy of Hope Foundation. These exhibitions are dedicated to educating the public on the history and intergenerational impacts of Canada’s Residential School System and the Sixties Scoop.

The Pembroke Farmer’s Market will be open on Wednesday from 9am until 1pm. You’ll find all sorts of locally-produced foods – from fruits and vegetables to meats, baked goods, honey, preserves and gluten-free mixes. If you’re looking for handcrafted products, the market’s artisans offer clothing, jewellery, soaps and skin care products, furniture, and more. Arts and craft vendors excel with one-of-a-kind creations that are whimsical, functional, and unique.
