Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have issued an advisory requesting public assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) wants to located Matthew Mutter, who is described as a Caucasian male, 31-years-old, 6’1″ (185cm), 170lbs (77kg) with brown hair and blue eyes. He also has several tattoos:
- Chest – R.I.P. with names and date of birth
- Right arm – “tough times don’t last, tough people do”
- Right hand – sad clown face
- Right wrist – “RTOWN”
- Right hand – “613”
- Left arm – “F.T.P.”
- Left hand – “happy clown face”
Mutter is serving a three-year, six-month sentence for:
- Robbery
- Assault Cause Bodily Harm
- Break Enter & Commit
- Forcible Confinement
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Possess Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Fail to Attend Court at Large
- Public Mischief – Make False Statement
The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Pembroke, Brockville, North Grenville Township and South Frontenac Township.
