Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police are seeking assistance locating 19-year-old Sara.
Police say the young woman was last seen in Pembroke around 6 p.m. on Sept. 29.
She is described as 5’1” with a slim build and brown, shoulder-length hair.
