The Renfrew County High School Cross Country running county qualifiers are being held today at Riverside Park in Pembroke. between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. High schools from Renfrew County will compete today to qualify for EOSSAA.
The Pembroke Lumber Kings hit the road tonight to play the Ottawa Junior Sens. Tune in to 104.9 MY FM starting at 7:30 p.m. The Kings will be returning home for Sunday, October 20th to play against the Hawkesbury Hawks at 7 p.m. at the Pembroke Memorial Centre.
