The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Canine Unit is paw-sitively making a difference with their 2025 calendar. For over 50 years, these well-trained dogs and their handlers have been keeping Ontario safe through search and rescue, tracking, and detecting explosives, drugs, and evidence.
The calendar features the unit’s strongest and most agile dogs. All proceeds will support two charities: the OPP Youth Foundation, helping disadvantaged youth, and the Friends of The OPP Museum, preserving the force’s history. Last year’s sales raised over $30,000.
Calendars cost $20 and are available online at oppshop.on.ca .
By purchasing a calendar, Ontarians can lend a paw to two worthy causes while celebrating the dedication of the OPP Canine Unit.
