It’s an opportunity to enjoy a delicious breakfast with Santa Claus himself and raise funds for an important local organization.
Rhodina Gardner is executive director of BGC Renfrew County, formerly known as the Boys and Girls Club of Pembroke.
BGC is hosting Breakast with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 9-11 a.m. at the Wesley United Church Hall in Pembroke. Gardner tells us that proceeds will go right back into local, mainly food-based programs, including community suppers.
The event is not just for children, but everyone in the community, said Gardner.
Organizers are incredibly grateful to main sponsor Steven and Julie’s No Frills and table sponsors David Minns Insurance, Davies Real Estate, Huckabone Law and Co-operators Insurance.
The menu consists of eggs, sausage, pancakes, hashbrowns, toast, coffee, tea, and juice, and, Gardner says Santa will likely have some extra goodies for attendees.
Tickets cost $15 for adults, $10 for children 12 and under, and entry is free for those two years old and younger.
Gardner tells us how to get tickets.
You can also contact BGC and arrange to have tickets set aside.
