The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation (PRHF) is excited to announce the winner of Week #21 in their Catch the Ace progressive jackpot raffle. Congratulations to Melissa Burke of Pembroke, who won the weekly prize of $8,105.
Roger Martin, Executive Director of PRHF, shared that the Week #22 draw has already begun, with the jackpot now exceeding $170,000. If the Ace of Spades is caught, the lucky winner will receive this large progressive prize.
“Thanks to our 2024 presenting sponsor, OK Tire, even more of the funds raised through Catch the Ace are going directly to support the purchase of new equipment for Pembroke Regional Hospital,” Martin said. “So far, this round of the raffle has raised over $250,000, enough to fund the purchase of 10 hospital beds and a new $200,000 Ultrasound machine for the Diagnostic Imaging Department.”
Tickets for the Catch the Ace raffle are available online at www.PRHcatchtheace.ca, or in person at local cash sale locations including Holiday Inn Express, Cork Culture, NRTC Communications (Petawawa), Bumpy Roads Studio (Pembroke), and Making Seasons Bright.
The raffle offers a guaranteed weekly prize along with the progressive jackpot. Tickets are priced at 3 for $5, 10 for $10, 50 for $20, and 250 for $40, providing multiple chances to win both the weekly prize and the progressive jackpot. Half of the ticket sales go towards supporting the hospital’s highest priority equipment needs.
On behalf of Pembroke Regional Hospital, its Board of Directors, and the PRHF, we thank the community and donors for their ongoing support. Donations can be made anytime by contacting the Foundation Office at (613) 732-2811, extension 7408, or by visiting www.prhfoundation.com.
