Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub location at 278 Nelson Street in Pembroke.
Local youth missing important documentation are welcome to a special joint initiative being hosted by the Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub.
The youth organization has teamed with Service Ontario and Service Canada to provide a convenient space to get up-to-date health cards and Social Insurance Numbers at their Pembroke location, 278 Nelson Street, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on March 11th.
YWHO says the service will be available to youth aged 12 to 25 and asks anyone interested to bring two pieces of valid identification with them.
They also encourage anyone with questions or concerns to get in touch and book an appointment, either by calling 613-570-8953 or by email.
