Enterprise Renfrew County (ERC) is offering an exciting opportunity for students aged 15 to 29 to start their own business through the Summer Company program. This program is designed for students returning to school who are eager to explore entrepreneurship.
Successful applicants will receive financial support of $1,500 to help start their business, along with business training and mentorship. After completing the program, participants may receive an additional grant of up to $1,500. The program has supported a wide range of businesses, including graphic design, baked goods, auto detailing, dog grooming, and more. Many past participants continue their businesses beyond the summer.
The program is delivered by Enterprise Renfrew County on behalf of the Province of Ontario. Students interested in applying must submit their application by May 16. For more information, visit www.enterpriserenfrewcounty.com/summer-company or email ercinfo@countyofrenfrew.on.ca.
