Starting tonight from 9:00 p.m. until approximately 8:00 a.m. on February 21, Pembroke Street East and West, from Maple Avenue to Christie Street and Lake Street to Mary Street, will be closed for snow clearing in the downtown area.
No parking will be allowed on these streets or nearby areas, including Isabella, Renfrew, Moffat, Church, William, Peter, and other side streets. Vehicles will be towed to allow for snow removal. Only emergency services and local traffic will have access.
The City of Pembroke urges drivers to follow posted signs and expects delays. Alternate routes are recommended for the public.
