The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment is investigating a break, enter, and theft at a drug store in the 800 block of Pembroke Street East, Pembroke. The incident occurred on March 27, just after 1:00 a.m., when three unknown individuals entered the store and stole a quantity of fragrances.
OPP officers, along with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Canine Unit (K9), responded to the scene. However, the suspects were not found. Further investigation revealed that the suspects fled in a silver/grey four-door sedan. The OPP Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) and Forensic Identification Services (FIS) Unit are assisting in the ongoing investigation.
