The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation has announced the winner of Week 32 of their Catch the Ace progressive jackpot raffle, sponsored by OK Tire Pembroke. Marlene Baird won the weekly prize of $16,511 after her ticket revealed the 4 of Hearts.
Roger Martin, Executive Director of the foundation, shared that the Week 33 draw has begun, with the jackpot estimated at over $402,000 if the Ace of Spades is caught. In just 32 weeks, the raffle has raised over $597,000, which has funded new hospital beds and ultrasound machines. The funds will now go towards raising $500,000 for a new CT scanner.
Tickets are available online at www.PRHcatchtheace.ca or at local sale locations, including Holiday Inn Express, Cork Culture, NRTC Communications, Bumpy Roads Studio, and Making Seasons Bright. The raffle offers a guaranteed weekly prize and a progressive jackpot. Fifty percent of ticket sales go toward purchasing vital hospital equipment.
Donations can be made at any time by contacting the Foundation at (613) 732-2811, extension 7408, or visiting www.prhfoundation.com.
